The minute there was an issue they blamed it on everyone but the installed and charged more money to fix it. As the contractor I am the peace keeper the objective is for Heath Works, the installer and myself to please the client. How a company reacts to a complaint is how you separate the pros from the rest. I am in a service business also and stuff happens I never write bad reviews because every contractor has a bad day, they could care less once they got the check. To bad because there nice people and a nice showroom. There need to look at there low yelp reviews and make some changes.
